This journey through grief is for women who have experienced a recent loss — who feel lonely, that no one truly understands what they’re going through — and are seeking a safe, supportive space to heal in community with others walking the same path.
By the end of your journey you will know:
🌿 How to manage your emotions with compassion so that you can feel more grounded and centered without the foggy and disoriented thoughts running through your mind.
🎨 Ways to honor memories of your loved ones life so that thinking about them doesn't keep you from losing sleep at night.
🕯 How to notice your loved ones presence so you can actually feel their energy even though you can't physically hug them.
🤍 How to move through the holidays with grace and peace so that when someone mentions your loved one you don't feel like you're falling to pieces.
What will you gain:
💗 You’ll learn to honor your emotions with compassion — recognizing that grief can show up in many forms: tears, anger, fatigue, even numbness — and that every feeling is sacred.
Through awareness and gentle release, you’ll begin to feel lighter, calmer, and more at peace within your body and heart.
🕯 You’ll discover that love never dies — it transforms. Through guided meditations and remembrance practices, you’ll feel connected to your loved one’s spirit in new ways — through signs, symbols, and an inner sense of presence that brings comfort and peace.
🎨 You’ll physically honor your loved one through art and ritual. Creating a remembrance altar, gratitude wreath, or candle of light allows grief to move through your hands and heart.
These tangible expressions help transform sorrow into sacred remembrance, leaving you with a meaningful keepsake and an embodied sense of healing.
🤍 You’ll feel seen, understood, and supported by others walking this same journey.
Through group sharing, reflection, and compassionate witnessing, you’ll experience deep belonging — realizing you are not alone and that collective compassion softens grief’s edges.
About Bessie:
Hello - I am Bessie Estonactoc, former licensed therapist of over 20+ years and now Certified Spiritual Mentor, Hypnotherapist and Sacred Deathcare Guide. I have walked many past and current clients through their life transitions, including supporting them after losing a loved one.
My own life transitions, including supporting my parents through their deaths, taught me the sacredness of this threshold and creating a safe space to grieve.
These experiences, woven with my background in counseling and spiritual practices, led me to dedicate my path to the sacred work I do.
Grief is love with nowhere to go - until you give it a sacred space to breathe. I would be honored to walk this path with you and hold sacred space during your grief journey.
